Email: Don’t find time to meditate for peace and calm. What to do? (HK)
There are times we feel the pull to spend time alone but are swayed by excuses that spring to mind. We think we’re too busy! An even stronger reason to look past noises of daily life, connect to quiet spaces within that intersect our timeless, limitless self.
It’s useful to ask self why we put off solitude when it’s beneficial for our peace, well-being. There’s fear if we stop our frantic pace, our world might fall apart. We may face undeniable realities, need to work differently to align our inner, outer self.
Sometimes, frustrations of our known world seem less scary than possibilities. When we co-operate with our core being, life becomes less of a struggle, more a process of living blissfully with passion, purpose.
Finding self even for a few moments each day, gives an opportunity to turn within to infuse a sense of real calm wisdom. Whenever we take time for heart-centred reflections or emotions, we re-connect with source. Rejuvenated, enlivened by our fresh energy, life’s in alignment with our true self, our highest potential.
In solitude, our mind gains strength and learns to lean upon, trust self fully. In solitude, I find my answers.
