Simply, it’s that one thing we completely and undoubtedly trust or believe in. It’s rock solid and pure, anchor of our lives.
Is it our intuitive voice, love, power of mind, inner strength, an angelic presence, blessing or destiny? An undeniable acceptance and belief in our guiding star, whatever it may be, without the need for any empirical evidence, to prove it’s existence.
A deep knowing, can’t be contradicted. When all else fails, we seek the comfort of it’s presence, nurture, compassion and warmth.
Our faith is our truth, inspiration, guiding light and compass, when we secretly meet our real naked selves. We feel it deep rooted in our hearts when in fear, lonely or in the dark. Our ultimate haven, saviour and abundance.
Some associate faith with religious beliefs. To me, it’s what keeps me challenged, centered, balanced, giving, playful and adventurous. Whole, so I can try to live a truly fulfilled and meaningful life.
It defines who I am….who I will be…
