Extremely clear about my intentions, intuitions, ideas and emotions. Struggle to express or build proper structures or plans, feel less confident. Stay honest, flexible, creative, curious and innovative. As they say, a goal without a plan, is just a wish…!
Try to adopt different approaches, to understand how to deliver expected results. Look up to experts or team, they know exactly when to pitch in, before I make quite a mess of stuff..! Failed more than succeeded, for sure.
As a saving grace, quite good at executing with focused energy, once a plan is in place. When I intuitively believe in aspirations, humble best efforts with resilience and resolve.
Experience is the hardest kind of teacher. It gives us a test first and a lesson later.
