People who believe in their vulnerability are whole-hearted. Is whole-hearted another word for happy? Not always. It just means engaging from a place of truthfulness & worthiness. We can choose to be self-critical, perfectionistic, competitive or truly embrace our emotions, passion & playfulness. We can be comfortable with who we truly are, not who we’re expected to be. It’s believing that we’re worthy & deserving, no matter what the challenges are.
