Here is a Colorado black and white image of Aspen trees looking straight up on a crisp fall afternoon.The winds were calm and these was mixed with blue and white. Each fall, the aspen turn to orange and gold. When you see clumps of the orange aspen trees, those are actually families of trees connected by a root system.This is the landscape played out all over the state – wherever there are aspen groves.
