Superfoods – açai berries, onions, garlic, ginger, carrots are high on antioxidants. Abundant amounts of Vitamin C, B, E to resist infections. Citrus fruits – oranges, lime, lemon, clementines work wonders. Add moringa, basil leaves, broccoli, spinach, almonds, artichokes, avocados, soybean, green tea to diet. Turmeric, black pepper, an age-old recipe. Spices – cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, saffron have positive effect.
