

We know our lists of should & should not. I should have gotten out of bed at usual time. I should exercise more. I shouldn’t have eaten a piece of chocolate cake! We find ourselves repeating thought processes & behaviour patterns. So, we can sub-consciously create judgement & self-criticism. At times, we can compulsively obsess over challenges. Our natural instinct is to withdraw, retreat or find somewhat comforting spaces to revitalise. Mainly, due to a conflict between our conscious & subconscious mind. When our conscious & sub-conscious mind is in conflict, it’s a perfectly fertile ground for emotional energy blocks.
