What is the difference between being conventional or non-conventional? Here’s an analogy. Baking is a science, cooking is an art. To bake a cake we need an exact & precise measure of the ingredients. Not much room for experimentation. But, in cooking we blend the ingredients, try new stuff for unique flavours & add our own personal touch.
Being conventional is like baking – fixed processes, ways of working & specific moulds. No deviation to the recipe to explore. It’s aimed at a chemical perfection. n extreme in cooking – much freedom, pleasure, indiscipline, lack of clarity. Balance is what I seek. Take best of both worlds! An equilibrium. A planned, structured, grounded approach of baking blended with a creative space, stimulation, passion of cooking.
Sticking to one can’t bring satisfaction, transformative experiences, inspiration. Like we classify people as extremes – logical or emotional. There’s emotion in logic & logic in emotion! Both work in harmony like 2 horses of a chariot. Ultimate objective is to seek a beautiful balance that makes us truly happy – mind, body, heart, spirit.
