Seen & unseen

A tranquil sea-side walk. Our ocean looks so different, depending on where we stand – at the shore, if soaring above in a plane or swimming with the waves. Likewise, a mountain looks different relative to where we’re poised. So, we see our world from unique vantage points. While from our window we see a huge leafy tree, a bird gets an intimate view of the tree top. Meanwhile, a beetle sees only a massive tree trunk. Yet, all three of us are looking at the same tree! Spinning webs in dark corners, a spider looks so frightening & mysterious. But, seen up close, it’s weaving beautiful silver flakes between the branches of trees like coloured jewels.

Seeing our world from fresh & different perspectives – mentally, emotionally, physically & spiritually introduces us to all sorts of incredible treasures. Sometimes, insights or experiences from one vantage point may seem unclear, but be truly bountiful & brilliant from another! Even the unknown & the unseen.
