Anxiety is a symptom of unresolved emotions. Fear we don’t matter, not worthy, not loveable, aren’t safe, aren’t valued. Nothing wrong with fear or anxiety, natural. With a little willingness, honesty we can break through. Seek good guided therapies, online resources, meditation, exercise, self-care videos, support groups. Everything will be okay.
It feels like confusion, apathy, loss of interest in desires, difficult connections, internal conflict, loss of control. Paralyses lives, relationships, jobs. Stops us from pursuing our dreams, being best version of selves. I have experienced a little, as well.
We’re unaware of emotional pain, in denial of real experiences, shoving feelings as far down as possible. How to process emotions? Years of compounded emotions, compacted stress, minds in turmoil. Feel out of control. We’re really out of control of our inner lives, emotional wellness. Feel disempowered, don’t trust selves.
We fear not being seen, validated or belong. False illusions of mind created by old belief systems. Fear is a great teacher. Meant to protect but we can discern actual danger from mere illusions. No low energetic vibration cycles. Fear of abandonment, failure, material loss, being loved, of unknown. To heal fear we work with mind, raw emotions, energies for true happiness.
Disconnection is root of all fear. Fear leads to emotional detachment, lack of feeling. Shut down as a defensive position. Not feeling strong, empowered. Healing needs wholeness. We can’t fully experience natural flows of universe. No escapism in emotional healing. Full, rich life requires inner truth, presence, deep connections.
Disconnected emotions can’t make us whole. Accept pain and love co-exist, strength and vulnerability. Healing puts pieces of heart, mind, spirit back together. Inner peace brings deep feelings. With full range of emotions, we feel empathy, love, compassion, humility, forgiveness. Connect with our intuitive selves, higher mind, innate spirit to live free, creative, authentic, playful, happy, curious. Self-care, belief is crucial to transform.
