This turns our mindset into positive use of intuition, thought patterns, energy. Our minds are very powerful processing tools, can make the intangible, tangible. Worry becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy, paralyses us, if left unattended.

Choose to find possible potential, solutions to problems. Focus on imagining, creating a wonderful outcome. Our thoughts become our reality. Convert worries to positive ideas by writing them down. By acknowledging it’s existence, we shed light on inner shadows.

Then, create inspiring, positive affirmations to replace negative feelings, thoughts. A worry about our ability to complete a plan, flips into calm competence, courage, completion of tasks. Gives a sensational spark to light our fire, fuel our spirit!
