Objective presence…

Noticed me jumping to crazy, complacent conclusions when interacting with others, today. Especially when assessing exchanges from either rational or emotional points of view. Felt things are simply doing fine at work, why rock the boat? Unclear, uneasy assumptions about how my new ideas, creative participation will be received.

Realised my silly little mind was busy referencing past experiences, looking for easy solutions as comfort food. Compelling me to get stuck in faulty projections. Focused intention, attention, stimulation to present moment instead, call upon intuitive wisdom, strength. Paying attention to what’s really happening now, rather than mired in mindless mind chatter, going around in circles.

Staying intuitively, objectively present allows us to process information logically during interactions with people, get what we really want as outcomes. Being in the moment frees our mind’s tendency to dip into the past or jump ahead into an unknown future. We listen, look within to analyse. Take what we see, feel, hear, sense for what it truly is.

This unbiased objectivity inspires, allows clarity, conclusions to meet our goals. We respond to what’s really in front of us, rather than historic reactions or fears. Staying quite present, motivated, absorbing natural environments to honestly relate, evaluate, draw accurate conclusions, create appropriate course of actions to get where I want the team to be. Most important agreements are ones we make with selves, to do our best.
By being an idealistic dreamer, we remove obstacles we would normally consider. Clears the way to find what really fulfils us, at the core of our being. Then, ultimate direction becomes crystal clear to act confidently. E.g. if our dream is freely cruising the world in a yacht, we know we want freedom to travel, be near water. We can choose a sailing class, plan a trip, look for work that involves travel on a cruise ship. The world is full of infinite possibilities or challenges, but the only real limitations are ones we accept.
Don’t want to stay in the ‘it’s fine’ zone today! Wishing, energised to do slightly better…
