Treasure chests…

Today, hesitantly opened a few buried treasures of raw emotional energy, straight from the heart. Wonderful, compassion-filled insights, knowing.
Thoughts, feelings that make us want to run are buried treasures of creativity, joy, inspiration, if we look intently. One of life’s great paradoxes – things we don’t want to look at, are the very things we need to look, to know selves better, fully become who we are.

Happens in many waves, forms – strange sounds, images, snippets of data, imaginations, recurring dreams. Feelings that rise up seemingly without a reason! Whatever shape they come in, no matter how scary, these messengers have amazing insights, potential.

When we’re tired of pushing something away, a good first step is to write down what we think it is. Often, turns out to be only a symptom, not disease. Expressing selves fully on paper is a safe way to explore murky waters, fog in the unconscious.

Coolness of intellect, intuition gives us space we need to understand what we’ve written, less afraid. No matter how dark our thoughts may be, such energies are shared by all. We’re not alone in the dark. Each one goes through unprocessed emotional territories to emerge brighter, bolder, wiser with courage to open tightly shut treasure chests.

Within parts of selves we don’t want to look at, there are emotions that need to be felt, expressed. Unfelt emotions are sticky, stuck energies. Leaving emotions unprocessed, we deprive selves access to an immense, incredible, innocent, innate life force.
