Reading a few emails makes me understand most of us need to address, change our tendency to be so hard on selves. Both overt and subtle. Recognise, accept we are doing it. E.g. if we find it difficult to graciously accept compliments, we’re being hard on selves. Never feel satisfied with a job well done, always wanting to do better, minimise our own worth or value. Time to rescue selves from our learned ability to be unkind to selves!
In essence, when we’re hard on selves, we start thinking we’re not good enough. It saps our systems of positive, pure, passionate energy. A chaotic waste to feel we don’t deserve.
Like any bad habit, it can be a challenging one to release, though motivated to do so. As our self-awareness, self-belief increases, our innate impulses and intuition is activated, moving us out of dangerous waters into more natural, loving, compassionate relationships with selves, others. Brings real abundance.
