Sugar…

Lesson at work:
When our primary aim is to engage with others, we can express our view points without mincing words, by channeling our intensity into gentle forms of considerate passion, an inclusive, creative manner.

Allowing other’s draw their own conclusions helps us earn their trust, respect, openly share information, communicate with clarity.

Our desire to express, share our thoughts, needs, opinions needn’t be at the expense of other’s ideas or emotions, if we frame it in a compassionate, empathetic way. Sometimes, we hold selves back when attempting to broach difficult topics because we fear our words may cause hurt or offence.

We can challenge assumptions without causing conflict, by simply being our true selves, speaking politely, taking facts, beliefs, perspectives in consideration, a soft tone of voice, as a good leader. Helps make our points in dialogues, without hurting sentiments on a range of subjects, controversial topics.
Communications laced with a spoonful of sugar, eliminates all bitterness!
