Sorry to hear about family, work, health challenges. It’s tough when we’re going through difficulty, struggle, turbulence. Feels our world is falling apart.

Firmly believe two things. It will pass. Also, reveals our path to transformation. An opportunity for incredible growth, learnings from fated experiences. In Zen, there’s a saying, “Let everything be your teacher.”

A chance to re-connect with our open minds and hearts, find real inner-connectedness. Practice patience, compassion, presence, preciousness, overwhelming beauty of life.

Pain and fear become our path to improvements or change, if we can find the inner knowing, insights, strength. Truth to touch, feel, think fully.

Let’s notice what we’re experiencing. Not stories in our head but sensations in our body. How does it feel – inclusive of joy, sadness? Just explore, acknowledge, full immersion in self. Tenderly touch the pain or fear. Allow awareness to land on sensations, gently open our hearts, let go of negative thoughts or sentiments. Yell in rage, cry in anguish, run in a tizzy but don’t hide, deny or suppress (affects emotions).

We feel fully alive when we allow, trust natural flows of real energies. Heartbreakingly gorgeous! Full of life, light, kind of a sweet dose of reality. We realise we deserve self-love, self-nurture, self-belief. Re-fills our empty cups with renewed faith, energy, purpose, passion.

Fully feeling, fully opening, fully falling in love with each moment is the key to managing turbulent times. Just may change our lives. We can give it a try.
