Email: My family thinks I always play with fire. (AUS)
Intrigued. Here’s the generalised definition of what’s ‘playing with fire’. Playing with fire – getting burnt, trouble, doing something risky, unpredictable or dangerous.
Fire is purest, most innocent form of energy. Our core life force. Represents radiance, passion, drive, desire, strength, stimulation, creativity, enthusiasm, warmth, ambition, action, intent, illumination, innovation, inspiration, emotions, even sensuality, sexuality.
Isn’t really so bad, is it..!
Anything in extremes is dangerous. An exposure to high tides or stormy winds is also scary, risky. Why blame fire! How about ‘playing with water’, ‘playing with the wind’!
Me, loves playing with fire in as balanced a way as possible. Sometimes, do get carried away a bit! A little vulnerability though brings rare, unexpected, lovely surprises or joy as well. At times, we have to be ‘in the line of fire’, to achieve success and satisfaction.
In life, nothing’s in perfect measure or will ever be. Exciting, challenging, inspiring.
Intuitively we know who, what, when, where and how we will find our ultimate bliss – nirvana! If it takes playing with fire, water or air, so be it!
They say higher the risk, greater the reward. A proven fact in science, art, business, economics, physchology.
Nothing worth having comes easy! When was the mundane ever rewarded? Let’s find our inner flame, our fire to play! In a fiery frame of mind…
