Symphony or solo…

Have accepted the fact I’ll never be great at some things, no matter how hard I try! Just decent enough skills to survive though sometimes struggle, need real support.

Right, here’s a humble list – project/data management, compliance, regulations, logical analysis, detailed planning, structure, process, procedures, systems, budget, organisation! Too much information is intimidating, hard, scary, confusing. Lost.

Love the big picture story – defining overall vision, concepts, ideation, journey’s and successes. Purpose, direction, strategy, goals, milestones, skills, resolutions. Curiously explore, experience the unknown. Adventurous, honest, passionate about calculated risk-taking to step out of comfort zones, never regretted new concepts, approaches.

Creativity, openness, experimentation, expansiveness thrills, inspires, challenges.

Mental power or abilities run far, far behind intuitive, emotional intelligence! Perfect planning always, restrictive to spontaneity, creative freedom, expression, innovation. Some room to play?

What, how and where’s the right balance? How can I touch the horizon where sky and earth meet to harmoniously merge. Blend energies generously, graciously?

Thankfully team’s trusted, complementary expertise helps. No substitute for teamwork – sum of parts is much greater than the whole (1+1 = 11). A great symphony vs solo!
