Honey and spice…

 

Honey and spice scrub:

Raw Honey: Honey is a powerful antimicrobial. Sugar acts as natural humectants, emollients to increase water content, regulate skin pH. Packed with vitamins, minerals.

Turmeric: Reduce irritation, acne, antiseptic, anti-aging and pigmentation.

Cinnamon and lemon: encourage blood circulations, soothes the skin with vitamins.

Coconut Oil: Coconut oil is incredibly moisturising with vitamin E.  

• 2 tbsp Raw Honey
• 2 tsp Ground Turmeric
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon and Lemon juice
• 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

  1. Mix ingredients up in a clean bowl
  2. Gently scrub for 3-5 minutes

Honey, avocado and banana mask:

When skin feels dry and parched (great for winter skin!). Helps infuse moisture and nutrients into skin, smooth and soft. 

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons avocado
  • 1-2 tablespoons jojoba or almond oil
  • ½ cup oats

Directions:

Mix together until creamy. Leave on for up to 30 minutes and rinse.

Refreshed, re-hydrated, glowing, kissable  skin!
