Journaling…

Email: Swing between thoughts to solve problems. How can I manage? (US)

With increased levels of consciousness or experiences, there’s a sudden flurry or new chain of thoughts. Often, our minds are filled with logical arguments, rationalisations for or against a certain topic of interest. Quieting selves to listen or feel our gut instincts, is a way to tip-toe into our subconscious, find the actual truth.

Journaling our ideas helps us record our thoughts, intuitive insights, emotions. Conscious writing helps us realise and be receptive to in-depth or broader aspects of our enhanced awareness. Gives us a gentle steer or creative direction to further explore our ideas or perspectives.

Writing allows to fish our thoughts from deepest reaches of our subconscious. Even when we have a sudden grasp of something, unless we take time write we can lose our train of thought.

Digging deeper is much easier when we have a record of what we’re thinking or truly feeling. Guides us further into realms of our new horizons, realities, beliefs.

Noting our deep insights brings a genuine, wide understanding of how we relate to the mysteries of our core being, for further analysis or planning.
