All types of content consumes the active space in our minds with a profound effect on our mood & emotional state. We can feel oversaturated with the ‘buzz’. Avoiding media for just a few hours, greatly helps us find our center to be playful, curious & creative. Without the noise of the media we can briefly re-connect with the world within. Not subjected to media, we can naturally & freely think, feel authentically & observe objectively. Disconnection brings a much greater sense of serenity, balance, compassion, joy & well-being. Offers an adventurous, engaging & expansive perspective on life.
