Intelligence…

According to psychologists, there are five key types of intelligence. Intelligence Quotient (IQ) is a measure of our level of comprehension. We need IQ to solve mathematics, to think analytically, to memorise things & recall experiences. “An intelligent person is one who has successfully fulfilled many accomplishments, yet is curious & willing to learn more.” Emotional Quotient (EQ) is a measure of our ability to manage emotions, to evolve perceptions, to nurture hope & compassion. “As more & more artificial intelligence is entering into our world, more & more emotional intelligence & empathy must enter into leadership.”

Social Quotient (SQ) is our skill to build helpful networks & foster relationships. “When we focus on others, our world expands.” Spiritual Quotient (SQ) is most fundamental. It’s an inherent ability to grasp our purpose, values & a sense of worth in whatever we do. SQ is about sensitivity & intuitive self-awareness. “The knowledge of the spirit is the true secret of creativity, discovery & happiness”. The Adversity Quotient (AQ) is our ability to manage adversities, to develop positivity, to turn obstacles into opportunities & build resilience. “Believe you can & you’re halfway there. Adversity precedes growth.”
