Finally, autumn. Pumpkin lattes, pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread, pumpkin-spiced teas & coffees. Caramel apple, pecan, turkey & mashed potatoes. Trees that were once green explode into beautiful hues of gold, red & orange. Natural colours are especially breathtaking in New England (US), Douro River Valley (Portugal), Bavaria (Germany).
There’s nothing like roasting hot dogs & marshmallows over an open fire. Whether we’re carving pumpkins for Halloween, crafting an intricate sugar skull for Dia de Los Muertos or stuffing a cornucopia for Thanksgiving, there’re plenty of creative crafts. Crisp autumn breeze & crackling log fires. Bristling leaves floating delicately. Traditions of the Harvest Festival to the thrill of Guy Fawkes Bonfire to the excitement of costumes, trick or treat, autumn is special.
Wonderful for ones who just love pulling on a cosy jumper, relaxing by the heat of a roaring fire & all things pumpkin-spiced. What better time to get outside, witness an array of naturally vibrant colours on display. A fantastic season with amazing flashes of warm browns, bright yellows, rich oranges & deep reds.
