Dedicated to ones who’ve communicated stress due to Covid.
Empathetic. A humble analogy. When we refer to a beautiful day, often describe a day that is sunny, clear, without a cloud in sight. A sky that’s perfectly blue, bouncing along carelessly. Lightens our spirit, frees from worries to enjoy the moment. Until, clouds begin to form, a fog rolls in. Pretty puffs of white take on weird, whimsical darker shades. Our beautiful day disappears along with the sunshine.
A bright sky stimulates joy as we bask in the warmth of the sun. Should clouds appear to wash the sky with shadows, we allow a momentary change of weather affect our energy & enthusiasm, pulling us into our own cloudy funk? Darker days are just as much a part of life as are the days graced with sunshine. Show us a different perspective of our world, help appreciate moments of illumination, inspiration that inevitably follow.
Dark clouds can’t hide our beautiful blue sky forever. Occasional blocks in natural brilliance, balance resemble our own lives. Clouds eventually clear for brighter horizons. No matter how hard the rain falls, how chilly the fog is, it disappears. The sun breaks through. And, life isn’t just waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning how to dance in the rain! Our sky has always been a beautiful brilliant blue, simply visualise.
