Big moments…

Surprisingly, there’s very little physiological difference between fear, anticipation, nervousness & excitement. Sometimes, strikingly, things that excite us also cause fear. Stir up the same emotional & psychological responses in our body (increase in heart-rate, anxiety, shortness of breath, adrenaline rush). It involves the same chemical process in our brains. Hence, mental interpretation, resilience & balance is key. 

Essentially, mindset is everything. A positive mind & optimistic belief helps us embrace big moments with anticipation, excitement & joy.
