When it comes to everyday relief (headaches, fever, pain), some natural herbs have a fast, surprising effect.

White Willow Bark:

Willow bark eases inflammation, cause of most aches & pains. Bark of white willow contains chemical Salicin, main ingredient in aspirin. Sold as dried herb to brew in tea, liquid supplements, capsule form. Relieves headaches, lower back pain.

Turmeric:

Contains compound Curcumin, an antioxidant that helps protect body from damage to cells, tissues. Natural pain reliever, great when fresh turmeric is mixed with glass of hot milk. Sold as supplements, as well.

Cloves:

Active ingredient in cloves is Eugenol, natural pain reliever used in pain rubs, balms. Helps ease toothaches, treat colds (2-3 cloves in the mouth, soak in juices). Rubbing a few drops of pure clove oil in gums soothes toothaches. Effective pain reliever. 

Ginger:

Pineapple:

Bromelain, an enzyme found in pineapple juice, pineapple stem reduces swelling. Great effects for hay-fever, muscle soreness after an intense exercise, sport.

Avocado & Soybean mix:

Slows down production of inflammatory chemicals in body, breakdown of cartilage in joints. Spurs natural cartilage cell growth. Taken as fresh food, in capsule form.

Cayenne Pepper:

Capsaicin found in cayenne pepper is a natural muscle relaxant. Can be added to food like grilled fish, meats. Capsules as well.
