Not enough for employers to have a simple, compelling purpose. Need holistic growth driven mindsets, cultures.
Gen Z wants to see purpose lived through actions with a human lens. Younger workers want de-centralised environments where they decide how work gets done. Need a deeper sense of connection as a reflection of their identities. Seek continuous skill enhancement, learning, meaningful growth potential at work. Appreciate shared values inspiring employees to reach unique individual mastery.
