Email: What’s your thought process when writing blog posts, journal? (US)
How best to explain? Simple yet complex. I spend a lot of time introspecting in my head. I think A LOT. Sometimes, stare at blank walls & scribble randomly. Read, imagine, dream. All that thinking leads to little discoveries that stimulate & surprise. Then, I try to condense those thoughts into bite-size chunks to share in spontaneous blurbs.
So, we see squished up versions of my brain on a regular basis! Very much in the head, connected with emotion & passion. I try to share stuff still work in progress in a less curated, playful way. Also, feel a little anxious, vulnerable & scared while expressing but a great learning opportunity. At times a bit freaked out! Sometimes, it’s hard to separate real creativity from personal life. That makes vulnerability hard but earnestly try to write authentically, compassionately while honouring personal realms. There’s joy, a simple satisfaction in sharing our gifts – small adventures, flights of imagination, unique interactions, incredible insights & new experiences.
It is appropriate time to make some plans for the future and it’s time to be happy.

Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a ssea shell
and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the
shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pijched her ear.
