Natural sounds…

Spent a day with self, water-side. Refreshing. A tool commonly used to focus our mind is the ‘breath’. Draws attention inward’s, counteract’s tendency to be scattered. Gather’s energies into our core. Center’s, ground’s in the present moment.
As readily available as our breath are sound’s in natural world. From rain to wind, to sea and birds, these aural manifestation’s bring a sense of serenity, a natural connection to physical world.

Sometimes, we get caught up in goal’s, plan’s. Almost forget we live in a world that’s always there, humming in the background. A tranquil shift occur’s when we tune into this musical frequency. An expansive world of sound, something larger than self.

Vast, ceaselessly churning sea – thundering, crashing waves. Bird’s, bee’s chirping unique melodies. River’s, lake’s singing their own song’s. Wind that howl’s, whistle’s. Waterfall’s that gush, ripple. Rain that play’s a variety of rhythm’s depending on where it fall’s – tin roof’s, car window’s, mud pool’s. A sublime piece of music, a rejeuvinating journey into natural sound’s.
