Email: Are intuition’s, insights accurate, correct?. (Indonesia)
Interesting question. A perspective:
Answer #1 – Yes. When one has an intuition, one experiences a real insight. Intellectual seemings, a prior appearance of basic truths to the intellect, logic.
Answer #2 – No. Intuition, insight is an internal subjective response. May or may not fully offer all the answers.
Answer #3 – Intuition, insight teach us about concepts. While an insight may not exactly tell us what to do, does reveal our own concepts, internal representational structures, patterns of thought. Either to be acknowledged, challenged or created.
Ultimately, an important pre-requisite to wisdom (intuitive or analytical) is a clear sense of what question’s are important. Intuitive, insightful voices honestly tell us when we need to ask more questions, interrogate assumptions, dive into details. A gut feeling.
A natural inner compass. An insight, intuition properly understood, shakes us from intellectual complacency, stimulates curiosity, positive discovery of self, balance of spirit and mind for abundant growth.
