We extract essential oils from flowers, leaves, roots, fruits of plants. An equal mix of Eucalyptus, Marjoram, Lavender, Rosemary, Peppermint oils work effectively on muscle pain, spasms. 

To reduce discomfort or stiffness, massage gently on sore muscles an equal mix of Almond, Grapeseed, Jojoba, Roman Chamomile oils. Can also mix Lavender, Black Pepper, Arnica, Helichrysum, Peppermint for relief.

Peppermint contains menthol. A cooling effect on sore, achy muscles. An analgesic, anti-spasmodic, anti-inflammatory. Helichrysum oil relieves muscle spasms, inflammation, pain. Marjoram oil relaxes muscle tension.

Lavender, Eucalyptus oils calm, relieve pain, inflammation. Roman Chamomile, Rosemary oils help with pain, soothes muscle tension. Ginger, Black Pepper, Clove oils have a warming effect on sore muscles. Arnica, Lemongrass oils relieve swelling, soothe skin. Juniper oil works on bruises.
