Email: What have you learnt since the blog? (US)
Quite nervous, scared when I began writing publicly. Didn’t know where I was going but felt it was a mystery well worth solving. Blog sparked intense curiosity, eager to discover how people in all parts of the world live, work, think, play, act. Build an ever expansive view-point, thought process through interactions – comments, feedback, requests.
Intrigued, activated, energised inner compass. Gained a much better understanding of self, a greater sense of belief, creative inspiration to follow my passion.
Lovingly study cuisine, art, colours, social norms, traditions in countries. Spending time immersed in charming cultures is a wonderful way to explore the world. Novel nuances have been an eye-opening, enigmatic experience.
Definitely learnt fresh perspectives, ideas, styles of approaching opportunities, challenges, potential to consciously shape road-map of life with increased levels of hope, trust in self. Simply bringing a smile, sharing our uniqueness is a priceless gift to others.
I’m still learning – learning to be teachable, learning to be who I am!
