Willingness…

Email: Always struggle with inner conflict. (US)

Sometimes, we find ourselves struggling with thoughts, ideas or emotions. We feel that stuff must be done in a certain way or not at all, black or white. But, life isn’t linear or sequential. It’s full of surprises. What makes a huge difference is how compassionately, intuitively & objectively we look at our learning experiences. Belief, attention to our inner strength & guidance is the key. Our honest willingness to question, to analyse our circumstances & perceptions is what matters the most. We can open ourselves to willingness. Willingness to learn, to discover, to adapt. Helps us release ourselves from the vicious grip of negative mental chatter to visualise success & joy.

When we humbly acknowledge that our understanding maybe incomplete or imperfect, we allow space for the universe to work its magic. Empowers us to accept challenges, build resilience & let go of fears. Being open & willing is to be in a state of curious creation. Willing to open our heart & mind whole-heartedly to peace, potential & purpose. Open-minded listening inspires. Ultimately, seeking support from friends, family or professional counsellors is a sign of strength. Sometimes, talking may not help, but just knowing that someone’s always there, does.
