Kindness, thoughtfulness served as a guide light, as I endeavoured to meet numerous mundane obligations today. Despite being busy, felt compelled to use a major portion of time, energy, effort for volunteering service. A philanthropic mood helped expand usual horizons.
Volunteering’s a beautiful chance to meet people in need. Learn, contribute in humble little ways. Encouraging encounter’s with people outside our normal life-path’s, unique life stories from all walks of life. Usually, we stay within siren song’s of familiarity, limited daily experiences.
But, gift’s of charity take us into a whole new, peaceful world. Immersing selves in meaningful activities transcending borders. Enriches lives unlike anything we may have otherwise experienced. Fulfilling, inspiring, generous initiatives. Beyond satisfaction calculations when we assist to alleviate physical, mental, emotional challenges, pain.
Love simple gestures, playful interactions with teenage group at hospital. Helps put everything into perspective, purpose. Nothing brings more happiness than helping the vulnerable under-privileged. An essential goal at heart, a kind of destiny. No work…
