Combining amazing aspects of vanilla, honey and rose – best recipe for stress reduction, calmness, sleep. ‘Kava’ is an ideal blend for rest, rejuvenation. Zen state of mind.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz milk 
  • 16 organic rose buds
  • 1/4 tsp organic kava kava root powder
  • 1/4 tsp organic vanilla powder or 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 organic roasted cocoa butter wafer
  • Raw local honey to taste
  • Organic rose powder

Directions:

  1. Pour milk into a sauce-pan
  2. Add rose buds
  3. Set burner to medium, heat till milk gently bubbles
  4. Simmer for about 5 minutes
  5. Strain out rose, pour infused milk into blender
  6. Add kava kava, vanilla powders, cocoa butter wafer, honey
  7. Blend on high for 30 seconds until frothy 
  8. Pour whipped milk in mug, garnish with pinch of rose powder
