Visualise a soft, soothing environment with positive affirmations. Surrounded with spontaneous child-like wonder, innocence, beauty, wisdom. A centered mindset brings compassion, clarity when responding to stimuli without judgement, fear, ego. 
Aligns mind, body, spirit so stress vanishes. Boosts playful, passionate energies to reach heart-felt potential. Inspires to live with gratitude, generosity, grace. Embrace a distinct, different kind of intimacy with self.
