Usually, when stuck I try to retreat a bit, reflect, visualise concerns, frustrations as a ‘wall’. As I visualise colours, shapes, textures of the wall, try hard to soften, re-shape, re-design with resources at hand. Making it quite permeable, soft, easier to express, break through. Plans that once seemed insurmountable appear within realms of possibility. Can approach endeavours with renewed energy, enthusiasm.
Recognising obstacles are malleable allows to somehow reach beyond insecurities. So often, blocks seem like permanent thick walls that confine, suffocate. However, once we believe we can adjust, bend, remove walls through strength of mind/spirit, realise obstacles are a blessing, a challenge, a stimulation towards our calling. It’s like pulling a golden arrow back before striking bulls-eye!
