Usually, our outer world is a reflection of our inner world. An analogy of tidal waves. Smashing high walls of water travelling at high speed. High chances of accident, injury if caught on surface. Windy currents, river discharges, variations in gravity, temperatures impact sea levels. Likewise, experience bumpy flights when caught in thick clouds. Similarly, periodic disturbances, fogs, noises affect our balance, beliefs, abilities, security. 

However, when we dive to still-sea levels or rise above stormy clouds, witness unique character, charm of sparkling stars. Similarly, during times of stress, I turn attention inwards for guidance, inspiration with self-compassion. Disappear in depths of inner spirit for strength, sensibilities, stimulations, serenity, solutions. A sense of natural courage, calmness, clarity, conviction harmoniously appears.

What we seek is seeking us! Needs simple self-belief, sensitive efforts with focused intuitive wisdom, mental awareness. Apply tested stress management techniques like rest, relaxation, raw reflections. Sometimes, struggling to swim on the surface is less advantageous than flowing playfully, passionately into depths of the sea!
