Email: Do you have any fears? How do you deal? (US)

Being human, of course I do. Quite a few to mention. Created a few coping mechanisms but no real effective solutions, as yet!

Instant coping mechanisms:

  1. Lost, clueless, numb 
  2. Shed secret tears, red-eyes
  3. Feel vulnerable but no external signs 
  4. Let feelings flow, not judge, criticise

Conscious coping mechanisms:

  1. Face the fear – kick a shot, give it a go
  2. Transmute into creative, passionate self-expressions
  3. Affirm inner belief, strength, revert to natural self
  4. Seek hugs, cuddles, warmth

Process could take hours, days, months. Good news is people can’t recognise these transitions, at all (under the radar)! Except a few crazy ones who read my eyes. For them, wear sun-glasses!
