Sometimes, we speak to selves in unkind, hurtful ways. And it’s this way of talking to selves that defines how we view the world. Very common with stresses of daily life.

If we constantly assume the worst of self, rattle off things that went wrong, our entire world gets affected. While we want to feel free, open, calm, balanced, instead get stuck in viscous cycles of dissatisfaction, fear. 
Good news is when we compassionately learn, change how we communicate with self, rest of our world begins to brighten, as well. Worth paying attention to root causes for critical judgments, negative self-talk. Journal, reflect, unblock. Takes 17 seconds to manifest a negative thought. Kill it at 16!
Consciously be aware, avoid giving mental / emotional energy to perpetual self-defeating thoughts. To really dream, celebrate life, experience worlds of possibilities, creative self-expressions – positive affirmations, belief, hope works wonders. Our mind, spirit feeds on clear intent, optimistic energy. 
Nurture self-love, self-assurance without judgments. Replace with truthful stimulation, passion, generosity. Visualisation of success is an exponential multiplier!
It’s simple, not easy. Surely worth taking little steps, actions. Fully in the moment.
