Time spent in nature’s embrace is especially soothing. Surprisingly, we can feel at home in a quiet forest. So comforted by the pounding surf at a seaside. Grassy sunny meadows, waterfall’s grotto or magnificent mountain paths, simply surreal. All the stress that we’ve retained just melts away. 
Finding opportunities to be raw, to reconnect with nature & enjoy its healing benefits are not to be missed. Even planting or tending to our home garden allows us to spend time in nature in a hands on way. We work in sync with nature while gardening, when honouring seasons or experiencing the unique bio-rhythms of our environment. The fresh air invigorates, the earth grounds us. We discover that time spent working in our gardens is also an enjoyable experience. It builds closer bonds with the soil, seeds, flowers, water, sunlight & rain. Birthing something new feels truly wonderful & warm.
