Email: What do you find most therapeutic, rejuvenating? (US)
Innermost ideas, feelings, thoughts are conceived, expressed while walking in the rain. In a forest, by the sea, lakesides, mountains or somewhere in nature! Walking down city side-walks is not so much fun.
Road tested at best, worst moments in life. Either dance with joy or shed a terrible tear. Slowly memorise each dormant bush, rain puddle, sweeping fields of mustard flowers. Know each path, each rock, each tree, each stream.
Sometimes sob, sometimes smile with nostalgia, sight of a rainbow! At times, unexpected visualisations I want to write. Remember lost wisps of memories as a kid, stories once told. These walks are nothing less than moments of reckoning.
Above all, being soaked to skin, drenched in dirty, muddy water reminds everything will be okay! Feel playful, nurturing presence of something much bigger than self. Ultimate source of composure, compassion, creativity. Scenic, simple, serene natural beauty.
Holistic healing miracles. Someone said, life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning to dance in the rain! Sometimes, our joy is the source of our smile, but sometimes, our smile can be the source of our joy.
