A child naturally de-stresses, brings a sense of delight. Visualise interesting interactions full of freedom, spontaneity, creativity, adventure as much as possible. No worries!

Consciously re-birthing child-like sensations of joy we once experienced, feels wonderful. Interactions in adult lives are on stressful, serious, sceptical tones. Occasionally, very refreshing to let go of concerns. Just allow awkwardness, openness, curiosity, marvel.

This fantastic form of energy allows us to be truly present, appreciate beauty, simplicity often unnoticed. Feelings of joyfulness we once experienced makes everything beautiful, blissful, bright like the sun.
When I feel stressed, I engage in crazy, playful stuff with kids, amazing teenagers at hospital volunteering service. So much to learn on how to live, from these little stars.
