Happiness doesn’t depend on how many negative thoughts we have, but on what we do with the ones we have. Normal to have negative thoughts. Human mind thinks millions of thoughts each day. Positive thoughts take 3-5 times more energy than negative ones!

Good news is we don’t have to believe in negative thoughts. Truth is our mind is just one part of us, it isn’t who we really are. Our mind doesn’t control us, we control our mindBeing able to separate our thoughts from our overall sense of self is key. What makes us whole – our mind, body, heart, spirit. So, mind is just one of the tools we use.

Our perspectives, perceptions are filtered through beliefs, life experiences, acquired knowledge. Our core self is truly deep underneath all these things. We don’t have to analyse insecurties, fears, critical thoughts, over-worry. Natural, simply let it flow. Stop listening, giving it attention. Transmute mental blocks into calm, creative energy. 

When I get negative thoughts, I say to self, “what if I didn’t believe these thoughts, even if for 10 seconds“? Result is strangely exhilarating, evolutionary. Positive affirmations help. 

Consciously choose radiant, vibrant thoughts. When we reject a negative thought, it just disappears (e.g. “I’m not good enough. Don’t deserve to be happy. Wish I didn’t do what I did”). I am good enough. I deserve joy. I am allowed to make mistakes. Self-belief, worth, love, forgiveness, compassion is key. Embrace both our dark and light.

Thinking honestly, positively is a great way to heal. Accept the reason we feel bad is due to active listening to negative self-talk, external noise. Figure out why negative thoughts? Nip it in the bud.

Set beautiful, bold inner boundaries to deflect all negativity. Give balance, passionate energy to what really inspires, stimulates, expands our knowing. Seek new, broader horizons in the mind. Leverage intuitive light as true compass.
