All sorts of crazy perspectives colours views on stuff. Little limited thinking, negative thoughts. Tend to approach things a bit too cautiously, seriously. Need to flip it, see the bright side to everything! Open, receptive, accepting of every day ebbs, flows of life.

One simple way to be aware of our thought processes, how it affect us is to listen to self-talk, internal dialogue, inner conflict. Restrictive, rigid thoughts can hold us back. Any self-defeating criticism can be energetically turned into motivating affirmations. Seeking new ideas, solutions, creative thinking. Stay in precious, positive present moments.

Recognising our inner voices is a wonderful way to alter the way we approach things. Our minds are so busy, we’re unaware of the power it has over our lives. Pessimism can end up manifesting in some way, shape, form in our lives. 

Consciously, calmly, concertedly trying to create newer, healthier ways to think. Rid self of negative thought cycles, shine some light on dark spaces within. Believing in today.
