A philanthropic attitude’s been the defining feature, today. With an open heart, even small, simple smiles can brighten someone’s day. We can offer worldly resources at our disposal to improve quality of lives, as well. Every bit of aid (physical, emotional) counts to ensure well-being, security of others.
It’s easy to believe minor charitable contributions do little to alleviate suffering in our world. When we see scope of need, injustice plaguing humanity, all gifts of compassion, generosity, no matter how small, mean a great deal to those who receive gratefully.
Engaging our enthusiastic energy, efforts, resources to inspire others is really priceless, precious. It requires leadership, persistence, creativity.
Aristotle said, “to give away money is an easy matter and in any man’s power. But to decide to whom to give it to, how large, when, for what purpose, how, is neither in every man’s power nor an easy matter.”
Nothing brings me more happiness than trying to help most vulnerable people – a goal, an essential part of life, a kind of destiny.
