Art of being ourselves

There are countless pieces of information about positivity, self-help, yoga, organic food etc. Most of us equate these with good vibes & energy. But, the challenge is once we log off, many of us still feel anxious or fearful. Influencers seem to have it all figured out? We may compare because we aren’t as blissful as they seem to be. A little secret, no-one has it all figured out! We can’t possibly fathom the complexity of our lives. Before we get to love & light, there’s a lot of fog & darkness to wade through. Then, we can resonate with honesty & authenticity.

We feel inspired by those who share their real life’s struggles. Motivated by those who honour compassion, generosity & grace. Each day brings new discoveries, good, bad & ugly. Am I willing to understand that no one is perfect? Am I willing to question what makes me feel motivated? Am I willing to trust life? These answers may come with tears or tough moments. But, it brings clarity with peace, passion & creativity. If true emotional expression isn’t part of our daily routine, it will be difficult to sustain happiness & fulfilment. It gives us strength to face any challenge with resilience & resolve.
