Smooth Smoothies…

Mojito Macha:
Ingredients: 
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 dates
  • Juice from half a lime
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp mint matcha green tea
  • Few fresh mint leaves

Reclining Buddha:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup watercress
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 tsp galangal (Thai ginger) or 1 inch peeled fresh ginger
  • 2 small stalks lemongrass (discard the outer leaves) or use frozen
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Handful of cilantro

Turkish Delight:

  • 2 cups vanilla almond milk
  • 4 fresh figs
  • 2-3 Medjool dates
  • ½ Anjou pear
  • 1 ripe frozen banana
  • Dash of cinnamon, nutmeg
  • 1 tsp organic vanilla extract

Rambutan Lavender:

  • green zucchini
  • 4 oz honeydew
  • 4 oz grapes
  • rambutanpeeled, pitted
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp lavender
  • 1 tsp maqui berry
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Pineapple Charcoal:

  • 1 1/2 oz baby kale
  • 4 oz pineapple
  • applechopped
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp activated charcoal
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Raw Monster Mango:

  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 ripe mango, cubed
  • 1 frozen banana, quartered
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 2 leaves kale

Orange Rhubarb:

  • 4 oz carrots
  • orange
  • 2 oz rhubarb
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp almonds
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Sweet Potato Passion Fruit:

  • sweet potato 
  • passion fruits
  • banana
  • 1 1/2 cups milk 
  • date (pitted)
  • tablespoon hemp seed

Peanut Butter Banana:

  • 2 bananas, broken into chunks
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups ice cubes
