An attitude that we embrace no matter how difficult the circumstances. Regardless of what we’re feeling or experiencing, we choose to look within for self-belief & self-compassion. Happiness is based on our choices in life. Sometimes, beyond our control. Positivity is always within our control. Being optimistic is a choice.
Happiness is so wonderful when it happens, but it isn’t a state of mind, it’s an emotion. Can we imagine what it would feel like to be happy all the time? Sounds amazing! In reality there’d be nothing to compare, so wouldn’t feel its true intensity. We won’t appreciate what happiness really means? Being positive helps us lead an authentic life. Makes happy moments happier & painful moments less painful. A positive mindset erases fears, doubts or negativity. Builds endurance, resilience, peace & balance.
We can chase happiness endlessly. Positivity though will meet us right where we are (a good or bad day), through life’s ups & downs. It makes a huge difference. Inspires us to live our purpose & pursue our passion.
