Life is ever-changing, ever-evolving – light & dark, ebbs & flows. We can simply try to live our truth without fear of judgement & expectations. The more we are aligned with who we really are & what we truly value, act in ways congruent with that, the more we begin to live a really satisfied & abundant life.
Each moment we are making a choice to act in a way that truly honours ourselves & others. These intentions & decisions in the moment dictate how we do each small thing, which shapes the direction of our lives. It inspires us to stay endlessly curious & creative. We can think out of the box to figure out things that we can’t comprehend, step out of our comfort zones to believe & challenge ourselves a little. Humbly, question whether ‘I can’ rather than telling ourselves that ‘I cannot.’ It is so easy to feel as if our lives are all about our own little world. We can still be receptive & grateful enough to learn, to share & to give people the gift of love, compassion & kindness.
